Legend has it that Arthur Radley is a ghost of a man. He was a normal kid growing up in Maycomb. Then he started
to hang out with the wrong group of kids. They got into all kinds of trouble. Arthur got caught one time and was thrown into
prison. He spent some time there and was released. The kids he used to hang out with got sent to a private school for kids
who misbehaved. They all got a wonderful education and went on to have excellent careers. Arthur got into more trouble as
time went on and after a while got caught again.

The story continues on that Arthur's father then took him home and locked him up. One day while Arthur was cutting pictures
for a scrapebook he supposedly stabbed his father in the thigh with his scissors. When the authorities suggested putting Boo
in an insane asylum his father said no and chaind Boo to a bedpost.

There Boo would wait until dark nights and come peeping into peoples windows. He also was said to eat raw cats and squirrels
and his hands were stained with blood. Boo Radley was destined to wait for the kindness of two children to bring him back
to the outside world and one night he would come to their rescue.
